Our flexible Return & Exchange policy is designed to address any concerns you may have with your purchase. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies below:

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

Order Cancellation:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@Helix India - Powerd by Fabfirki.com immediately with your order number within 24 hours of placement for a 100% refund to your original payment method.
  • Cancellation requests after 24 hours are subject to approval, depending on the order processing status. If approved, a refund in the form of store credit will be issued. A 10% restocking fee applies for card refunds.
  • Ready To Ship items (dispatch time of 48 hrs) cannot be canceled after placement due to immediate processing.

Post-Shipment Return Requests

Return Process:

  • Email info@Helix India - Powerd by Fabfirki.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide the return address.
  • Ensure merchandise has all tags and is in its original, unused state.

Eligibility for Return:

  1. Product must be in original & unused state.
  2. Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  3. A video must be recorded before removing the product from the box (Unbox video record when you receive an order).
  4. Provide a snapshot of the original Box/Packet/Product.
  5. Customized products are not returnable.

Refund & Processing:

  • Returns for store credit are free; returns for a refund to the original payment method incur a 10% processing fee.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs/customs charges.
  • Refund issued upon receiving the returned item.
  • Min 3 Days max 7 Days Refund process After Process.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For Free Shipping promotions, standard shipment charges paid by us will be deducted from the refund.

Post-Shipment Errors:

  • If you receive the wrong product, a defective item, or an item with measurement issues, we will take back the product at our cost and send the correct or fixed item.
  • Email images of the error alongside your order number to info@Helix India - Powerd by Fabfirki.com for verification.
